Property is located near the M8 - Glasgow City Centre can be reached by car in approximately 20 minutes; Edinburgh is approximately 40 minutes by car; easy access to A73/A725 as well. If you are using public transport it's about 10 minutes to Airdrie town centre which has regular buses and trains to Glasgow (bus/train) and Edinburgh (train).

There is a drive way and a good sized garden. Recently installed garden room - currently finishing this and tidying up the garden. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The property has underwent extensive improvements over the last few years, for example, new kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, all rooms have new flooring, neutral colours, etc. Property has broadband internet, Sky TV. The bedroom is fully furnished with a new double bed, two bedside cabinets, two chest drawers. All bills are included.

I'm a professional so another professional/postgrad student would be ideal. I also go to the gym/martial arts and I'm learning German. I tend to be very tidy. I'm fairly good at cooking.
