I have a large double room to rent in NE29.
House and Room info:
Room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden so it is nice and quiet. It is fully furnished with a king size bed, hanging rail and bedside tables with drawer. There is a TV currently in the room but this can easily be swapped out for a desk instead if a work space is preferred.
The house has a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen with all the appliances you need. There is a paved and decked garden. There is only on street parking but there's plenty of it.
Location:
Excellent public transport and road links. It is only minutes to the A19 and Tyne Tunnel. There is a metro station very close by and bus services to local North Tyneside areas. It's approximately 15 minutes to Newcastle City Centre on the Metro and similarly to the coast in the opposite direction.

Basic Sky and Netflix TV
Sky Fibre Broadband.
There's no council tax to pay if you are already paying it elsewhere as your main residence.
This room is ideal for someone who wants a very short term let or a few nights stay per week (maximum mon-fri). This is not a permanent residence option.

About me:
This is my spare room so I'm a live in landlord. I work from home most of the time but do go into the office too. I am easy going and value space and privacy.
I have a smaller double room with small double bed, mini hanging rail and space for TV or desk. I can let this as a cheaper alternative for £425. I'm not looking to rent out both rooms at the same time.
