We have a lovely double room available on the third floor of our Victorian home, on a quiet, friendly street in Seven Sisters. All bills are included.

The room is part of a beautiful new loft conversion and has its own shower and toilet. It’s furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, small table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and full-length mirror. There’s also a large, deep storage cupboard in the room.

You’ll have access to superfast internet and a washer-dryer. Supermarkets and excellent transport links are nearby.

A little about us

We’re a female couple living in the house with our much-loved cat. We enjoy a calm, peaceful home and would love to find a mature lodger who is friendly, considerate, responsible, and very clean and tidy. A genuine love of cats is important to us.

Who would feel at home here?

The room would best suit someone who works full-time, mainly outside the home, and enjoys a quiet place to come back to.

A few things to know before getting in touch:

● You must be a non-smoker.

● We don’t allow meat or chicken to be cooked in the house.

● We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need to have friends or family staying overnight.

● The room wouldn’t suit someone whose work regularly involves coming home after midnight, including late hospitality shifts.

We’ll ask for ID, references and payslips.
