We’re a young couple renting a beautiful house between Wood Green and Palmers Green (N13), just a 5 to 10-minute bus ride from Wood Green station (bus stop right at the end of the street).

We live on the first floor and are renting out two rooms upstairs on the top floor, which has its own separate bathroom (we use the one downstairs).

We have two rooms available: one large double bedroom (£900 including bills) with built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, and one smaller bedroom (£600 including bills). Both tenants upstairs will share the bathroom.

Since we have a small baby, we’re looking for quiet, calm, respectful, and clean tenants who will appreciate a peaceful home environment. We’ll only rent to two females, so it’ll be just the two of them upstairs.

We’re looking to rent as soon as possible. Short lets are also welcome. If you’re interested, we can arrange a viewing. Let me know! :)
