✨ Double room to rent 30mins from Central London✨
Hello!
We have a gorgeous peaceful home and are looking for an easy-going tidy person aged 26-40 to join us.

Double room available from November 1st 2026.
£833.33 (around £1000 including all bills) per month.
Partly furnished.

👯‍♀️ Who lives here?
Ida - 27 year old stage manager/production manager.
Lizzie - 35 year old actor.
We are sometimes out long hours, and sometimes work from home.  We both sing, and cook, like the occasional house dinner and movie.
We would love to keep the house as a restful haven - friends welcome of course - but we are not into partying or inviting loads of people round.

📍Where is it?
5 min walk to Cricklewood station (Thames Link train) which is 10mins to Kings Cross, or 20 to Blackfriars (5 mins to Kentish Town with the Northern underground line)
15min walk to Kilburn (underground Julilee line, and overground)
20min walk to West Hampstead (train, underground, overground)
Lots of buses from outside the door.
It looks far north on the map, but transport is easy and quick, and we get the benefits of trees and parks 🙂
There's a Co-op around the corner, and Aldi and Tesco nearby.  Cricklewood has a busy high street, there are a few gyms, and we're only a half hour walk from Hampstead Heath.

🏡 What’s it like?
A spacious, bright, semi-detached house with a garden, outdoor workroom, and rooftop.
Downstairs there is a large shared living room-kitchen area, and a separate large shared living room, a shared loo, and your bedroom.
Upstairs is a shared bathroom, with shower in the bath, and Ida and my bedrooms.
There is access to the garden from the living room, and the rooftop from the upstairs hall.
Your double room has two windows overlooking the garden, space for a double bed, shelving and wardrobe area.

✏️ What is needed from you?
The property is privately managed by a (really wonderful) landlady who requires proof of stable income (bank statements), employer reference and a previous rental reference.
💷 How much?
£833.33 (around £1000 including bills) per month.
(Rent is £2500 total per month, split between three of us. Wifi and Electric bills are monthly, Council tax and water bills are every six months)
