Hi! I’m subletting my furnished room in a lovely, cosy flat right next to the park in Queen’s Park. It’s available from 30 November to 28 December, with a little flexibility on dates.

You’ll have your own furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom with just one person, my flatmate Selin. We’re looking for someone friendly and considerate who keeps shared spaces clean and tidy.

Rent, including Wi-Fi and all bills

Four weeks — £1,300 total, with the option to pay £325 per week.

Three weeks — £1,050 total (£350 per week).

Two weeks — £700 total (£350 per week).

I’d ideally like someone for the full four weeks, but I’m happy to consider two- or three-week stays depending on your dates.
