Hi! I’m looking for a new female flatmate to share a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in York city centre, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat comes with:
- 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Shared living room and kitchen
- Private parking space
- Great central location

A bit about me — I work for Aviva and usually work from home 2–3 days a week. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and would treat the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to stay. Ideally, you’re also a professional.

The room is available from 11 July, with the latest move-in date being 11 August.

The tenancy agreement is rolling, but I’m hoping to find someone planning to stay for at least a year.

Feel free to message me if you’re interested or would like more details :)
