Hi - I am advertising a room in a beautiful 2-bed flat. We are two PhD students living in York, and we work at the University. I will be moving out to start a new job in December, so we are looking to replace me.

The room includes a double-bed, lots of closet space and an ensuite bathroom. The flat is overlooking a beautiful communal garden, and we have a spacious kitchen and shared living room. Looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and friendly. Preferably a post grad student, but we are open. Thank you!
