Single occupation only. I work various shifts so there would be plenty of quiet time for us both. Preferably someone who doesnt need entertaining. I am easy going happy to have a chat and drink after work, catch up on a bit of tv or leave you in peace !!!! Must be someone who is quiet, tidy, clean and hygienic and who respects communal areas. there are good bus routes, shops, takeaways and a pub all within walking distance. It takes 15-20 mins on the bus to the city centre depending on the time of day and less to drive. It would take approx 10-15 mins driving to the uni.

No longer a party animal I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet. Definitely no smokers even if you only smoke outside. Thanks for looking
