I’m a frequent traveller and will be away for the majority of the rental period, so although this is my home, you’ll often have the house largely to yourself.
You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen and living areas. Bills are included, and I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, trustworthy and generally easy to live with.
I’m quite particular about who I share my home with as it’s very much my little sanctuary, so I’d love to have a chat beforehand and get to know each other a little before arranging anything. I want someone I genuinely feel comfortable trusting with my home, especially while I’m travelling.
I also have a very friendly cat 🐱, although arrangements for him will be made while I’m away.
Looking for someone who’ll treat the house with the same care they would their own. ✨
