Hey!

The room is on the top floor of a big town house.

The ages vary in this household but we are all pretty geeky! We all love playing board games and video games which leads to us mainly staying in our rooms but we are happy to socialize with drinking games or board games etc.

The room includes bills and doesn't have a maximum stay but I would like a minimum of 6 months.

It's located within 5 minutes from chapelfield, with the bus station 10 minutes away.

I do have three cats, so if you're a cat person. Purrfect.

The top floor has a bath/shower and toilet that could be yours, for sole use.
