Furnished double room for rent in a professional/student house. The house is big and spacious and all tenants are very friendly. The house is empty during the day and very quiet over the weekend with most of us not here or working. There’s a garden which is in the sun most of the day! Looking for someone to take the room on 01/06/26 with a minimum 6 month contract! The landlord is very friendly and anyways does her best to help if any issues come up! There’s parking for 5 cars and it’s in a quiet cul de sac! The house is at the end of the road from the UEA and the Hospital and there’s a bus stop right outside!
