Lovely big house in golden triangle, in a beautiful quiet area, just a 2 minute walk from local shops and unthank road. There are 2 common rooms (sitting room and dining room), kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and a spare room which is used as office space/guest room.

Bedroom will be cleared, but bed, matress and wardrobe will be there. Good shelves for plants or personal items! Also a fantastic room for catching the light. Ive loved living here! I move out on the 26th November, and move in can be any date after this.

Both flatmates are lovely. (Note: they are both guys, but I've been very comfortable as a woman in the house). They love nature, films, literature and walks. One is a big fan of birding! Often cook common meals but also happy to live independantly.

Good connections to university, train station and city.

Permit parking. Washing machine. Furnished and complete with double bed and wardobe.
