Bright, modern ensuite room to let in a well kept terraced house in peaceful Wolvercote Village, just 15 minutes by bus from central Oxford. Available now until Christmas initially, with the possibility of extending beyond that if it's working well for everyone. Minimum stay of one month. It suits a student, professional or anyone wanting village calm with easy city access.

You would be sharing the house with me and my daughter, a friendly and quiet household. We're two minutes from Port Meadow for river walks, with two village pubs and canal paths close by, plus regular buses straight into town. Currently no animals lives here, but well behaved dogs are welcome too.

The room itself is bright and modern, with its own private ensuite bathroom, so you won't be sharing that with the rest of the household. The kitchen is shared, and it's a relaxed, easy going space to use. Wolvercote has one convenience store and a real village feel, while still giving you easy access to summertown, university, the hospitals and the city centre for work, study or a night out. It's a quiet, settled setup that works well for someone who wants their own space to come home to at the end of the day.
