We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly house share in new hinksey.

We have a double furnished room available from September (with some flexibility) due to a current housemate moving out. The rent is ~£670 per month, and bills come to around £100-150. The house has 2 bathrooms, a shared kitchen, living room and a large back garden with bike racks at the front of the house.

We are located a 15 minute walk to town, with good bus routes to both the city centre, headington, and close to the Oxford tube stop. The house is also right next to Hinksey park.

We are a mix of young professionals and students and we enjoy socialising, and pub trips etc as a house, but are also busy with our own commitments and work.

We are looking for either another young professional or student (willing to pay council tax), looking for a friendly houseshare. Please send a message about yourself if you are interested!
