The flat has a washing machine, fridge, freezer, smart TV, superfast free Wi-fi etc. The room has a built in wardrobe, a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is parking all around the flat. There are currently three other young professionals living in the property.

Rent includes all bills. No pets. Not suitable for couples. Deposit is £400. Smokers ok as long you smoke outside the property.
