Here I have a Double room available, fully furnished with big queensize bed (see pictured), wardrobe, coat hooks, a bedroom bench (light blue), blackout blind and mirror.
The room is fully refurbished like the rest of the house as of three years ago when i bought the property. New carpet and a fire alarm fitted for safety.

the room I need filling is being left by yet another lodger who has stayed with me for two years and enjoyed it very much, only leaving due to going to University in Nottingham. The bedroom is one of the bigger rooms in the house, the black out blinds keep the room cool in summer and hot in the winter. there is also a fan that comes with the room, in the wardrobe.

The room comes with the wetroom downstairs I built into the house, this will be considered your bathroom for the room, the other bathroom is mine to use. I put a lot of money into the wetroom, and I very happy to offer it with the room I have available.

I am a very clean and organised minded person, and would expect the same standard from new house mates. Ideal candidate would make 20K> a year from their place of work.
Like I have done with my other lodgers, I would agree on a 6 month contract which may or may not be renewed due to circumstances in your own or my own life choices.
