We have beautiful bright self contained bedrooms on the 1st floor of our family home, plus a shared bathroom between tenants. (En suite has it's own facilities).

Ideally, we would like full time professionals.

We provide a bedsit-style room, with simple cooking equipment & small fridge. There is a big shared bathroom with a bath/shower and laundry facilities.

Quiet, secluded part of town, 5 minutes walk to St Austell town centre.

Plenty of free parking on the road, not the driveway as we will need access at all times.

We live on the ground floor sharing a central hallway with tenants and have three dogs and two cats hence not allowing other pets I'm afraid. Front garden predominantly for tenants as we are mostly out the back.

Smoking is a big no-no anywhere on the property.
