Just moved to SW, bought a 4 bed cottage in Plympton. Looking for 1 tenant. Long term tenancy basis. Rooms are furnished. Lots of storage available. 3 toilets. 2 shower rooms, 1 for lodgers to share. Separate laundry room and boot room. I have a cat 🐈. Big garden. Parking is on the street nearby. Local buses to Plymouth, 3 min walk. Have a Jacuzzi too 🫧. Small room double bed with ample storage available.

I work a lot in hospitality and like to chill out at home, into gardening, cooking etc. have pet chickens 🐓

All bills included and you can use hot tub much as you like. Quite chilled out but do like to have a drink too. Not a party house but welcome to have friends over.
