I have 3 student rooms still available in a lovely, 6 bedroom student house in Maple Grove, which is just a short walk to the university. Currently, I have 1 girl and 2 boys moving into the house in September and I'm looking to fill the remaining three rooms with full time students. The house is fully furnished, has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bath and separate shower. There's a large kitchen/diner/lounge area and an outside laundry/storage room. There's also a dishwasher, tumble dryer, two freezers and fridges. The rent is £480 pcm with £480 deposit and is all inclusive:- unlimited use of gas and electricity, TV licence, Virgin broadband, cleaner who does communal areas once a month and a gardener as necessary.
