Bright double room available in a two bedroom flat in central Plymouth. Flat has one bathroom with bath and shower, large open living room and kitchen with two sofas (one is a double sofa bed). The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and tumbledryer and plenty of cupboard space.

In the hallway there are two cupboards for additional storage.

The room available is a spacious double bedroom - unfurnished apart from a large chest of drawers (6 deep drawers) and standing mirror which can be removed if needed. Large window with plenty of sun during the day. Lots of space for a double bed and desk. Landlords are happy for us to decorate our rooms with posters and pictures (they will also fit things to wall if wanted e. g shelving etc.) The rent is £600pm plus bills (Council tax band C).

You would be sharing with Amy (she/they), who works in childcare, enjoys live music, art (painting and illustration), being outdoors and travelling.
