Lovely fully furnished room perfect for professionals on short-term contracts.

Live in landlord with two cats so cat lovers or tolerant a necessity.

All bills, WiFi etc. included plus a Smart TV in bedroom with Netflix, Now, Disney +, Apple TV, Amazon Prime and all the other channels available.

Bedroom is on the top floor, there is a Queen size bed (bigger than a double) with bedding and duvets etc. if needed. A wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bedside tables. shelves, wash basket, bin etc. You will mostly have a bathroom to yourself one floor down as I have an en suite.

The house has 4 bedrooms so there is plenty of space. A lovely garden, Living Room and Kitchen which you are free to use.

There is free on street parking but it is a pot luck situation.

The house is situated just behind Waitrose and is a couple of minutes walk into the heart of the town. East Cowes Red Funnel Car Ferry, The Chain Ferry and buses. The no 4 and no 5 leave from outside Waitrose frequently.

It is also very close to the cycle path that runs between Cowes and St Mary’s Hospital/ Newport once off the Chain Ferry. So could be ideal for NHS workers. There are further bus links and The Red Funnel High Speed ferry in Cowes.

I am happy to work with people on contracts between 1 and 3 months however I’m open to longer stays depending on situations and how it works out for the both of us.
