A spacious single room is available to rent from the 5th of July in a three bedroom semi-detached house in Bracknell (The Parks).
The house is about 8 years old, everything is nice and clean. There is a spacious kitchen with 2 fridges. There are 2 bathrooms and a garden. In the room there is a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of spaces in it. Close to the house you can find a huge, lovely park and two little ponds.
The town centre is about 10-15 minutes walk, also the bus and train station. Parking place is in front of the house.
The rent is £500/month, all bills are included. Deposit £100.
We are a friendly and tidy couple with two children (8 and 10 years old). We are looking for a clean, tidy and non smoker person.
