Hi girls - we’re looking for a female to share the apartment with, the reason I’m looking for a female lodger is my young daughter (12) stays with me occasionally & she would prefer a girl here…

I have photos & profile information of my apartment, so I expect you will have clear photos & profile information about yourself…

Bathroom with shower, sink & toilet.

Lounge - dining with sofa & TV

Kitchen with washing machine, cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle.

Evening parking from 5pm to 9am in the private car park or 24 hour - free road parking in Barnfield rd.

Bus stops outside, numbers - 4 & 5 & Fastway 10 to Gatwick airport (LGW)

Close to Crawley Leisure Park - 5 mins walk to the Gym, Restaurants, cinema & bowling 🎳

Crawley Town Centre - 10 minutes walk.

Also the Business District - industrial estate & Gatwick airport a short bus/car/bike journey.

Female preferred - NO Males, no couples, no over-night guests, no smokers or pets.

I don’t do virtual viewings, I like to chat to the person who I might be sharing my apartment with, also you will get a better idea of the place.

A photo of yourself is for security reasons - the person I see on the photo is the same as the person viewing.

No photos - No reply.

Thanks for your understanding x
