We are renting rooms in our vacated family home to professional couples/individuals. The house is heavily beamed with masses of character. The rooms are spacious and partially furnished. There is a large garden large kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and plenty of storage including a shared larder. The kitchen has an AGA cooker as well as a conventional oven and hob. There is a breakfast room and very large living room with TV, a boot room. All these rooms are communal.

We have 1 double room for single occupancy with a bathroom available in a self contained wing of the house.
(Please note very occasionally the landlord will stay overnight and require use of the bathroom, by prior arrangement.)

There is. large sunny patio and garden to share, and private parking all behind secure electric gates.

It should be noted a business is run from the outbuildings on the site.

There are 3 other mature, professional tenants in the house at present.
