I am looking to rent a room to a female. I live with my husband and young children in the house. The rent is £650 for a double en suite room. The room and bathroom is of very good standard .The room has an en-suite bathroom, a bed, a worktop with a kitchen unit, a mini fridge freezer, a cooker , a toaster and kettle and halogen oven. Also, the washing machine is included .Would suit a professional female(s). Plz feel free to come for a viewing or want to see more pictures. The room will be available from the 6th of July. The person should be a non smoker and non drinker . Plz contact me if you're interested. For full disclosure , we are a Muslim family . Saying all this, we are very laid back people and just want whoever stays to be happy 😊.It is a double room so anyone interested in buddying up would be considered. The rent for two people would have to be considered accordingly.
