I'm currently looking for 1 or 2 housemates.
£562 would be the cost of all the bills if there's just 2 of us, £375 if there's 3 of us living here.
These amounts are to pay for rent, gas, electricity, water, tv/Internet.
3 bed house, I'm in one room, at gleadless townend, large house, all furnished and happy for people to use anything that's here.
Council tax band a/b, this is included in the cost of bills that iv listed.
Would prefer a female but please feel free to message me whoever you are and we can talk.
Happy for people to use anything in the house as long as you take care of things.
I'm clean, tidy and very easy to live with.
