Hello.

So iv recently had to completely change my advert, my landlord is selling the house I currently live in, i have found somewhere else and im moving in this month so I do need to find a housemate as soon as possible.

If anyone is maybe in a similar situation and needs to move in the next week or so please get in touch.

You can use anything in the house aswell, washer machine/dryer, fridge freezer etc.
I do have all my own things like furniture which will be coming with me, i have drawers/spare bed for both me and someone else so your room would have furniture in it.
About me, I would say im quiet and keep myself to myself, i wont bother you but i am really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable, im looking for someone similar, someone tidy and who can share the bits of cleaning, someone honest and respectful who i can trust.
I dont have many people round so you wont get disturbed, i like to get out the house to socialise with friends, but also love a night chilling in doors watching a film in bed.
