Hello.
The rent and bills included equals £650 a month.
I am looking for a female house mate, im offering a double room, its sort of 2 rooms in one, they are joined by a door, its spacious, it has a double bed that lifts up with storage underneath, 3 sets of drawers, also a sofa bed, i can move this downstairs if not wanted.
I have painted and will carpet clean the rooms so its ready for someone.
You can use anything else in the house aswell, lounge, kitchen, dining room, TV etc, front garden/driveway for parking.
I do have 2 dogs so someone who is ok with pets would be good, I obviously wouldn't expect anyone to look after them.
About me, I would say im quiet and keep myself to myself, i wont bother you but i am really friendly, easy to talk to and approachable, im looking for someone similar, someone tidy and who can clean, someone honest and respectful who i can trust.
I dont have many people round so you wont get disturbed, i like to get out the house to socialise with friends, but also love a night chilling in doors watching a film in bed with the dogs.
The total number of £650 is for half of the rent, council tax, gas, electricity, tv/Internet and the water bill.
Large driveway to park on, space can be made in garage for a bike.
Large dining room at back of house that leads to back garden.
The only thing the landlord asks that no one smokes in the house.
