My wonderful flatmate is moving out to move in with her equally wonderful partner!
I am looking to rent the second bedroom to someone.
I'm a studio manager based in Hackney Wick Mon-Fri. Because I go into the office every working day I would prefer someone who also mainly works from the office rather than home so that the flat remains a place to relax / host / socialise :)
One bathroom which will be shared. There is also a plumbed in bathtub in the garden which can be lovely of a spring / summer evening!
The flat is fully furnished including kitchen crockery etc but quite a lot of shared storage.
What I love about Hither green is that it has a village vibe with everything you need (pub, bar, a few great restaurants, deli, supermarkets) but is so close to central and very well connected. On occasions where there may be train strikes(!) Lewisham for DLR is 20min walk
Generally I am out and about and can often not be in the flat except for crashing and leaving early. Every couple of weeks of this behaviour though I then can be inclined to spend at least one full day in the flat and do washing / tidy my room etc!
I have the best neighbours and love the community spirit in HG. x
