Hi :) We are looking for one other person to move into the third bedroom. The previous tenant moved out as she is moving out of London.

The room is spacious, bright, and quiet (given its towards the back of the house). It has a desk, wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers, chair and side table. You would only share the bathroom (includes bath and shower) with one other flatmate.

We are two young professional women, one is a trainee psychologist, the other works in events. We are both fairly busy, but love to spend time hanging out as a flat around once a week. Looking for someone clean, friendly and thoughtful.

There is a possibility of there being a (very sweet) cat in the flat, though the cat can live elsewhere if the future tenant is uncomfortable with this- but something to bear in mind!

All bills are a fixed cost of £146 each month. We also have access to a bike hangar space nearby.
