As you can see from the pictures it is in great condition, & in a greater location, right on the river, it so beautiful & peaceful here.

I have just moved in so if you have furniture or stuff you want to bring, probably we can accommodate it.

The flat has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, lovely kitchen, bright welcoming lounge, & an amazing balcony.

Very well located for all kinds of transport connections & lots of lovely bars, cafes & restaurants locally.

The single room has a nice single bed & a single wardrobe & a desk.

My name is Mark & I am a mature (but not square or anything) clean, tidy & quiet entrepreneur (who is hardly at the flat) & I like training, socialising & dancing salsa & bachata.

This room would probably suit someone petite without too much stuff 😊
