We have a double room with en-suite available in a 3-floor property. You will share the house with Sophie, 32 year old professional working 3-4 days from home.
The room is spacious with a king sized bed, a wardrobe a cupboard and space for a desk. You are welcome to work from home or hybrid. The room is bright with two skylights and a window. There's plenty of storage space.

You have near by Fulham broadway station and the overground station Imperial wharf. There's bus station at the front door to clapham junction and Fulham broadway.

There are plenty of parks, restaurants and cafés nearby, sainsbury's and a whole food fruit store just on the opposite of the road, a giant sainsbury's by the river within 15min's walk.

You have a shared living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The boiler is new, everything works in a great condition. The bills is around 150-200 every month. Sophie is very easy going and communicates well in every way. You are welcome to organize cooking evenings with her or invite friends for a drink ar home. There's generally no big parties though.

The room is available now. As the process with the agency can take several weeks, you can plan the moving in date at around 15 July (flexible upon discussion). No other fees.
