Hi, I'm sad to be leaving this fantastic, friendly international household of 4 other young professionals and looking for someone to fill the remaining 17 months of my lease. The housemates are super friendly and enjoy going to the pub together, playing a boardgame and generally chatting shit. We all also have our own lives and hobbies (travel, sports, running, gym etc).

Room is available from the 1st of July. UTILITIES INCLUDED IN RENT. The lease is flexible and if you'd like to leave early you just need to find someone to replace you.

The room available is a single room with a big window, wardrobe and desk, and good storage. Have a read through the blurb from the landlord below for more info on the house. It gets great sunlight, is quiet, and warm in the winter.
The landlord is very friendly, and usually quick to send a someone over for repairs when needed.

Close to the buzzing café society of Battersea Park Road, 5 minutes walk from Battersea Park and 20 minutes walk from both Battersea Power Station tube on the Northern Line and Clapham Junction. The house has been improved and rebuilt to the highest design and environmental standards by its Architect owner.

Entry to the house into the new lounge/diner with its full height glazed wall incorporates French doors that lead out onto the garden and enables a bright open living space. Features of this living space are: a natural birch ceiling, a 55 inch wall mounted TV, a 3 seater and 2 seater matching brown leather sofas and a six person timber dining table with matching chairs.
The living space leads onto the south facing courtyard walled garden with railway sleeper decking and BBQ is professionally designed and planted; it provides an oasis of calm and a great place to entertain and has its own separate entrance onto the street.

The instant Valiant gas fired hot water system provides instant hot water with a separate 200 litre tank. There is shelving storage on all walls.

All five bedrooms are south facing and have new, full height, aluminium double glazed doors fitted with solar control glass. Bedroom doors are modern Oak Shaker fire doors fitted with designer Stainless Steel ironmongery including bedroom locks. Each bedroom has a generous storage cupboard in the halls which are individually locked with the same key for each bedroom. All bedrooms have multiple electrical sockets.

Bedroom 1 - A single bedded room (2nd floor) containing timber framed bed with orthopedic mattress, integrated built in wardrobe, drawers, shelving and desk.

The three designer bathrooms are new and fitted out to the highest quality. Bathroom fittings are imported from Porcelanosa in Spain, flooring is Italian Carrera marble, walls are a designer combination of Spanish Domus tiles and carefully placed mirrors, providing clean dynamic spaces with Mirrors wherever required.

Bedroom 2 is for rent for £825 per month on a 12 month contract for someone who will appreciate, enjoy and look after the unique modern design and garden.

The room will be on an individual HMO contract.

The house is furnished with sofas, TV, dining table and dining chairs, kitchen white goods as described above, desks and wardrobes as described above. Curtains are included in all bedrooms. Chairs in bedrooms are not included, nor are plates, cutlery or pots and pans.
