I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in Fulham starting end of this Dec/Jan 2027 through to November 2027, as I’m moving back to America December 1.

It’s a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat with a spacious bedroom and your own en-suite bathroom. The flat also has a large balcony, and is in such a great area!

You’d be living with my lovely housemate (24F), who works full-time in the office.

I’ve absolutely loved living here and am so sad to leave this flat!
