Hi, I’m seeking a professional person to rent a room in my house. I have asked for a deposit, but this is negotiable. I currently live here with my daughter who is 27 years old. We are easy going and fairly busy people, both of us work, sometimes from home, neither of us smoke, we do have the odd drink. We have an elderly Tom cat, who is a gentle soul and enjoys attention.

I am open to someone who might want the room from Monday to Friday and I would be happy to adjust the price accordingly. Since this room will be let over winter period, I would prefer a contribution to gas and electric bills if usage becomes high.

My house is a happy home and a lovely period property in centre of Romsey, minutes from Waitrose and the train station. The location is hard to beat, situated in a friendly, quiet street.
There is permit parking in street with the possibility of buying your own permit to enable easy parking. This costs 60£ for 12 months. We also have a beautiful mini grand piano which takes up much of the dining room, but a pianist would be most welcome!

There is a shared bathroom, toilet (please note that this home only has one bathroom with one toilet) and kitchen and some access to lounge area. I also have a garden.
