We have a furnished, self-contained ground-floor annexe at our family home on Solent Avenue in Lymington. It would suit two or three people sharing, including trainee doctors on placement at Lymington New Forest Hospital or a local GP practice, or students and exchange students attending Brockenhurst College.

There’s one double bedroom with two single beds, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for a third person. The annexe has its own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine.

All bills included.

Lymington High Street and the library are both within walking distance, and there’s free on-street parking. Also close to the marina and sea wall - it is in an ideal location.

The self-contained annexe is downstairs in our family home, with its own private entrance and no internal access between the two spaces. It’s a good fit for people who are out and about during the day and don’t mind hearing a bit of family life upstairs, especially in the mornings. If you’re an early bird, you’ll fit right in. Our household tends to beat the alarm clock!
