Total rooms: 5 including your room, sharing 4 bathrooms & 2 toilets. There is a large living space, and the kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, and there is a separate dining area and a living room with TV and couch. In the utility room you can use any of the 2 washing machines. The house offers the use of the front and back garden, some table games space for one, max two bicycle(s) in the shed. Free parking available on the road and on the driveway. Viewing is recommended, but can book without viewing too.

Rooms, TV, Wifi
We refurbished each room to a reasonably high standard. Rooms generally have a wardrobe, drawer unit, some has mirrors and shelves. All bills included, including Wifi, Water, Gas, Electricity, TV License and Council Tax. The partial En-suite rooms do not have a toilet inside, only a shower and basin. 2 toilets are shared between 5 people.

• Utility room with 2 washing machines and small storage
• Use of small shed can accommodate a maximum of 1 or 2 bicycles
• Outside seating area for summer with table and chairs
• 2 toilets in total are shared with you and 4 other rooms.

The 5 rooms are as follows:

- Room 1 Small Double room on the ground floor. It uses the downstairs communal shower that nobody else uses, although communal, it's like having your very own shower. The room is large enough to fit your own work desk, but will only fit a small desk.

- Room 2 LARGE PART EN-SUITE ROOM - large premium double room with king sized bed or can be detached to two single beds, BRAND NEW WALK IN SHOWER, green garden view. It is a part en-suite with the shower and basin but no toilet inside. Very large windows. Wardrobe, bedside table and an extra-large radiator. Large enough to fit your own study desk if you want to bring it with you.

- Room 3 Large double room with a small built-in wardrobe, a drawer unit, and a double bed. Overlooking green gardens. Uses the communal shoer/bath upstairs, generally shared with one other room, although it is communal. Large enough to fit your own study desk if you want to bring it with you.

- Room 4 LARGE PART EN-SUITE ROOM - large premium double room with king sized bed or can be detached to two single beds, green garden view one side and street view the other side, very bright and airy. It is a part en-suite with the shower and basin but no toilet inside. Wardrobe, bedside tables included. Large enough to fit your own study desk if you want to bring it with you.

- Room 5 Good sized single room with a built-in wardrobe. You can see the built-in wardrobe on the photo, there is a door between the window and the bed. There is a drawer unit and a single bed with under bed storage space. The room is large enough to fit your own work desk, but will only fit a small desk.

PLEASE NOTE: Pricing will differ based on length of stay, whether it is couples or singles, and if you wanted regular cleaning and linen change. Booking may vary on a week by week or a month by month basis.

The whole house is also available at a price of £4,800 Per Month if booked for 2-3 moths at a time and this price will include regular cleaning inside all rooms, and this price is for 7 people, two sharing a 2 twin rooms and 3 with their own room. As this is a short term stay, no tenancy accepted and referencing will not be required.
