The NHS Hospital is 1.6 miles, or a 30 min walk or £5 in a taxi. I have enjoyed helping many Indian and Pakistani Doctors and Nurses and Care Staff this last year,. so, I welcome NHS Doctors, Nurses, Bank Staff and IMGs too.

The kitchen diner has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle n toastie maker. Kitchen unit for foodstuffs. You can use my cutlery, crockery, pots. Freezer drawer. Washing n Tumbler Dryer. Shared Bathroom: shower-sink-wc. Wifi available.

The Government requires all Landlords to check prospective adult lodgers' personal details under the Right-to-Rent scheme which applies to everyone, regardless of their nationality. This is also a no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs property. If you need friends to visit you or stay over, then you need to find an HMO or property in which the landlord does not reside. This is my private home.
