This is a large family home with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I also live at the property, so I’m looking for tenants who are considerate, respectful and happy to maintain a clean and tidy living environment.

As this is my home, cleanliness and mutual respect are particularly important. I’m hoping to find people who will treat the house with care and consideration.

Everything is available from washing machine to downstairs tv, I’d want anyone who moved in to feel as though this is also their home I just ask for cleanliness!

Please note:

* Bills are not included in the rent and will be shared between the household.
* My parents also visit and stay at the property a few times throughout the year. During these visits, household bills will be divided fairly and adjusted accordingly.
