We have a small caravan park in East Sussex and now have one caravan up for long term rent. It is a very small, tight knit community here so please see below for all requirements.
The vacancy we have is perfect for a single adult or couple.

£585 per month for up to 2 people

Council tax payable to Lewes Council at band A

Tenancies are 12 months minimum.

Own Transport necessary as we are a 10 min drive from nearest town. Parking available per caravan 1 vehicle.

Respectful tenants only - noise issues are sensitive.

No pets.
