A relaxed friendly flatshare. This is a nice flat with high ceilings in a Victorian building. It has a living room large enough for the landlord to teach tango occasionally’, great for yoga etc. (the rent reflects this). The spacious flat is filled with plants, window boxes, views of the private gardens. A 10min walk to the train station, central Tunbridge Wells with all amenities. There are 15 flats in the building with interesting residents, its a safe and secure building. My landlord can arrange a viewing asap. Couples are welcome, for $800 per month inclusive of bills, plus £500 deposit. Thanks.
