I have a lovely small double room available for a student in my 3 bed ground floor seafront flat. Sharing with me and my old cat! Own sink and toilet and access to outdoor yard. Smokers considered (smoking in yard only). Flat is beautiful, I am a costume designer and my home is filled with trinkets and art from my travels. I am a mum to 3 who have all flown the nest but occasionally pop home to visit.
