The house is in a quiet area but within easy driving distance of Paignton, Torquay, Torbay Hospital, Totnes and Newton Abbot.
The house includes:
- 2 bathrooms – you’ll have a shared bathroom next to the bedroom, which you’ll have almost exclusive use of. It may be used if we have the occasional guests, or very occasionally by us, but we mainly use our ensuite.

- 5–10 mins drive to the beach – great for sea swimming, paddle boarding and the occasional surf!
About us: We’re a friendly family, working in the public sector works shifts patterns between Monday and Sunday.
