Hi , I’m offering a large double room at the front of the house. The house is situated in a quiet back water of Falmouth yet centrally located and within a 5 minutes walk to all amenities. including Castle Beach. Gilly beach , Town Station. Events Square. Woodland Campus, they’re all a very short distance to walk.

I’m a live in landlady/ artist but I do spend about 50% of my time away from the house, so I really need a tenant who will respect this. The facilities are shared so obviously I would expect consideration to others while also enjoying the quiet and tranquility this property offers. In plain English keep the place clean and no crazy parties. But I’d love the right person to reply to this ad.
