Spacious double room available in a lovely cosy mining cottage in the heart of Hayle, Copper house area. The bedroom is furbished with a double wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will be living with one other professional female who owns the property. The bathroom, living areas and kitchen are all shared and very spacious. There is an office which is rarely used by the current occupant, so could be used for anyone who works remotely/ from home. There is off street parking behind the property, and a shared shed for storing surfboards, bikes, etc. The garden is spacious and lovely in the summer for bbq's and sitting around the fire pit with a glass of wine. Lidl, Asda, M&S are in walking distance from the house. The beach is 15 minute walk across the dunes from the house.

You will be living with a 32 YOF who works as a paramedic part time which involves working night shifts so you will need to be mindful of being quiet in the day time on some days, this is only very occasionally. Their interests are surfing, gardening, painting, cycling, running, and generally being in the great outdoors. They are laid back, tidy, and respectful and would expect this to be reciprocated.

Couples would be considered, price would need to be negotiated.
