Spacious en-suite room with king-size bed and smart TV.

You will be sharing with a lovely 25 year old girl who loves the outdoors, the ocean, Pilates and diving.

Tenant filling the room must be very clean, tidy and respectful.

Ideally vegetarian/ vegan but if not must ensure everything is clean and uncontaminated after cooking/ eating.

Couples considered but rent will be slightly more to be split between the 2 of you.

Parking is available overnight in Mount Wise car park next to the building and there is free parking on the road opposite.
