After several years of working abroad and then renting in different spots when I was home I've got my own place again for the first time in ages! 😁 I've never had a lodger before but have spent the last 18 months being a lodger and met some really cool people who I never would have met normally so I decided that I would keep it up when I got my own place.

I'm not too fussy about the background of my new house mate and have learned from my travels not to judge people so as long as you're a happy, positive type then we'll get on great.

The house is fitted out with all the mod cons, broadband, Sky TV etc and has a brand new kitchen full of appliances and with plenty of storage. The room is fully furnished but things can be taken out or added as desired.
