Large double room in 3 bed semi house on wide leafy quiet road. I am a partial live-in landlord looking for like-minded people who are living a conscious mindful life. Although room mates will be given complete independence and privacy the kind of activities you should be interested in are:

• Yoga and meditation in the garden
• Sometimes eating healthy meals together cooked from scratch
• Working together in the garden to plant vegetables and herbs / spices that we can then eat

Looking for someone who is not a big partier or drinker

The room has a double bed, beside table and very large 4 door custom built pine wardrobe (suits someone with lots of clothings). If you have your own furnishings we can work something out with that. I want you to make the room your own and feel like this is your home. The room has lovely views across the garden and when you wake up in bed all you can see is lovely big trees with plenty of birdsong.

There is a large living room with a dining table and TV. There is also a pantry with washer-dryer, large American style double door fridge freezer. Outside there is a large garden over 100ft long with lots of trees and wildlife. The birdsong in the mornings is lovely.

The road is wide and leafy with plenty of off-road parking always available. We are very close to the Walsall Arboretum and open countryside.

M6 / M5 only 10 mins drive away. Direct bus to Birmingham 5 mins walk away. Train station 25 min walk.
