We are a married couple, with what will be a 20-month-old toddler as of April, and an amiable, but barky dog!

The room is 10ft x 13ft, with 15-inch deep alcoves in two corners of the room. There are 10ft high ceilings, and the large window looks out onto the garden.

The ensuite has a heated towel rail, a large rainfall shower, a loo, a wide sink with a spacious storage drawer underneath and a mirror.

The double bed and hanging rail are included with the room, but all other furnishings will have been removed before you move in.

The room is on the 1st floor and is directly opposite the front door. The kitchen/living room is on the ground floor.
We are less than a two-minute walk from Acton Central on the overground line, and just off the main high street (Uxbridge road).

We would like someone who is only looking to use the room on weeknights.
