Hiya! The room available is the master suit in a detached 3 bed new build house on a quiet and well kept estate. The room has a North facing window with a view up the quiet street. A double bed with draws underneath and a double, built in, sliding mirrored door wardrobe. With a large en-suite with a window that faces over the south facing garden. It’s the largest bedroom in the house and left completely neutral and fresh to add your own touch. 🚿🛌 ((Please note, we are not considering sharing with couples, parent and child, friends who want to room share or pets)) the room as you will see in the photo is semi furnished, this can be removed if required but our storage is limited. Bilston is such an underrated area of the Black Country, we have literally everything on our doorstep within walking distance, supermarkets, barbers, salons, pubs, cafes, indoor and out door market, all sorts of take out, live music, a park, the canal that goes straight to Wolverhampton.. Cosley train station (Wolverhampton - Birmingham) is 20 mins walk away, Bilston Metro 10 mins walk and M6 Walsall junction is also less than 10 mins away by car so it’s a fantastic location for commuting pretty much anywhere.

We have a double drive, but can probably squeeze a smaller 3rd car on drive if we’re creative. There’s also off-street parking immediately at the bottom of the front garden. 🚘🚙

There is a large, brand new fitted kitchen, dining and socialising area with a huge skylight and double doors opening onto a large garden with patio. The space is the heart of the home. 🍷 ☕️ 🥩

The shared living room has a 3 seater sofa and 2 single armchairs a TV hooked up for movies on Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, Disney+ and more. There is also a Sonos sound system with speakers in the kitchen, lounge and on the landing with Spotify included that you can hook yourself up to! 📺 🎶

The garden, while mostly grass is massive and is perfectly south facing so there’s plenty of sunshine for drying laundry or just relaxing in the sun. ☀️ 🌱 you’re welcome to bring your own potted plants.

We have a washer and dryer tucked away in a utility cupboard where we also keep the vacuum and cleaning bits. 🧹 🧽

There is some attic space for those who would rather store things like a suitcase away. 📦 🪜

Me (Tim) and my Fiancé Ky are currently looking to share the house with a clean and tidy, professional or student, ((somebody who will wipe sides down and sweep if they’ve made a mess, put their own washing up away, occasionally run the recycling out)) age isn’t important, so long as we all get on. ((I’m not against some working from home, but would prefer this to be limited to the bedroom so that the kitchen isn’t full of work things when we get home))
